Criminal-history record information is governed separately by 18 Pa.C.S. § 9121, and juvenile court files are restricted under 42 Pa.C.S. § 6307 except where law allows access.
Those laws govern official agencies and courts, not this private site. Requests to correct, seal, expunge, or obtain official Centre County records must go to the office or court that maintains the record.
